From M5 / Exeter follow signs to Torquay and turn left onto Torbay Ring Road (A3022) signposted Brixham and continue as below. From Plymouth, follow signs to Totnes. From Totnes, follow signs to Paignton and at traffic lights on Torbay Ring Road, turn right to Brixham and continue as below.

From Paignton, Torquay or the Ring Road (A3022) follow signs to Brixham and turn right at Brown "Manor Inn" tourist sign onto Manor Vale Road.
